Return Policy

To initiate a return, please contact us by email with your order number. Our team will promptly provide you with our return address, and return instructions.

Please note that we may request certain information, details, or pictures of the product prior to approving a return.

Return Policy

Returns must be initiated and requested within 30 days of the order date.

All products must be in the original packaging and condition.

Returns must be requested and approved by our team.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

We will issue a full refund less a $15 restocking fee per product ordered up to a maximum of $45 per order.

Express/expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders returned without Authorization may be refused or subject to a 50% penalty at our sole discretion.

Refunds & Credits

Returns are processed and refunded within 48 business hours of receiving them. While refunds are immediate on our end, it may take your bank up to 10 business days to return the funds to your account.

Refunds will be returned to your original form of payment.

Incomplete, Damaged, or Broken Products

If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or broken, please contact us. A brand-new product will be shipped out to you. Do not install or use the product. Our team may request and require information or pictures before sending out a new product.

Obtain approval for your warranty claim.

Pay shipping cost for replacement part(s).

Receive replacement part(s) in 2-3 business days.
